Homebuilder experiences top sales in June

LAKEWOOD RANCH — June was the best sales month of 2017 so far for homebuilder Neal Communities, with 116 sales.

The June sales bring the Lakewood Ranch-based company's yearly total to 640.

Neal's Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood had 11 sales, according to a statement. Magnolia Point, between Sarasota and Bradenton on Whitfield Avenue and Tuttle Avenue, had eight sales in June. Neal Signature Homes, the homebuilder's luxury custom homes division, also had eight sales, with five in Country Club East. The company's south region in Lee and Collier counties saw 25 sales, with 12 sales at Watermark in Fort Myers.

Neal Communities has over 70 communities in Southwest Florida and has built over 12,000 homes in the area.
