Commercial real estate brokerage firm LandQwest Commercial has formed an investment services division to provide clients with more focused analysis on acquisition, disposition and debt opportunities.

The firm, with offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, has established a team that includes brokers Cynthia Shelton, Kane Morris-Webster, Adam Palmer, Chuck Smith, Bruce Micciche and Mike Doyle.
Shelton says the new division, which contains several Certified Commercial Investment Member group leaders, will leverage its “multi-market collaboration, innovative technologies and speed-to-market intelligence.”

“We are always looking for ways to specifically add more value for clients, and this allows us to do that in a concentrated platform,” says Palmer.

In addition to its brokerage services for landlords, LandQwest also specializes in tenant representation, consulting and property management. The firm was founded in April 2005 in Fort Myers and expanded to Tampa four years later. In 2014, it opened its Orlando office.
