TAMPA — The Pearl, a waterside apartment community within walking distance of downtown Tampa's retail, restaurants and recreational offerings, recently opened in The Heights.
Located in one of Tampa's most historic neighborhoods, the three-building, 314-unit community was developed by SoHo Capital. It offers more than 16 floor plans split between one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as one-bedroom lofts and some three-bedroom/two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouses equipped with private entrances.
According to a press release, the units' interiors maintain a “nautical meets industrial” motif via concrete accent walls, large crank windows and stainless steel appliances, granite-covered bathrooms, white quartz kitchen counters and wood-style flooring. A pet-friendly building, the Pearl uses energy-efficient lighting and a geothermal HVAC system, the release adds.
Other amenities include lounges, a fitness center, a communal outdoor kitchen and a pool and spa area.
The Pearl's ground floor has retail shops including an Irish pub and a gym. The complex is adjacent to Armature Works, a 73,000-square-foot, mixed-use commercial space with event space, a shared workspace, rooftop bar and two restaurants, as well as Heights Public Market, which houses more than a dozen fast-casual eateries.
“From the unbeatable location to the unparalleled living spaces, there's never been anything quite like the Pearl in Tampa,” states Adam Harden, principal at SoHo Capital, in the release. “This is an integral part of bringing an exceptional urban village to life in the Heights.”
