ATLANTA — Artefact Studio, with offices in Fort Myers and Miami, was commissioned to design a mixed-use commercial project near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

The three-story development in Hapeville, Ga., will include shops on the ground floor; retail and office space on the second floor; and office space on the third floor.

“This development is a chance to create a Main Street-style atmosphere with shops and offices and revitalize the area on the northern edge of the airport,” says Artefact Studio Managing Principal Fabian Behague in a statement.

Artefact provides design services for architecture, planning and interior design with a focus on corporate, educational, retail, residential, hospitality, transportation and master planning.
