Tampa dealmaker, entrepreneur gets TV spotlight

TAMPA — MOR-TV in Tampa announced it has a new original series, Chronicles, which will spotlight some of the best known people in business, entertainment and sports in Tampa Bay.

The first installment will feature Bill Edwards, a prominent commercial real estate developer and entrepreneur, who also owns the Tampa Bay Rowdies. Longtime Tampa Bay personality John Wilson will host the premiere episode according to a statement. Hearst Television owns MOR-TV.

“We are excited by the development of this new Chronicle series,” states MOR-TV President and General Manager Pam Barber in the statement. “It provides a unique platform for some of Tampa Bay's most engaging individuals.”

The premiere episode of this Chronicle will air Wednesday, April 19, at 8pm on MOR-TV. An encore presentation will air April 23 at 8pm on thisTV Tampa Bay.

MOR-TV can be found over-the-air at 32.1; Spectrum on 1012; Frontier Fios 512; and Comcast 437. ThisTV Tampa Bay can be found over-the-air on 32.2; Spectrum on 630; Frontier Fios on 463; and Comcast on 229.
