LUTZ — First National Bank of Pasco will break ground on a new location in Lutz on April 20.

The bank currently has one office in Dade City and two in Zephyrhills. The new 3,000-square-foot Lutz branch will be the bank's fourth location. The grand opening is slated for Oct. 1. According to a press release, the branch will focus on providing services to millennial customers.

“The millennial demographic wants innovation, not only in the products we offer, but in the way we offer them,” says First National Bank of Pasco President Steve Hickman. “They are looking for sound advice, knowledge and a fresh approach to banking services. We intend to provide an experience unlike any other financial institution in Tampa Bay.”

First National Bank of Pasco's Kathleen Balthazard was promoted to area sales manager. She will be the community liaison between the new branch and local businesses and individuals. Balthazard previously served as a customer service representative.
