Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate appointed Jennifer Putnam to be a regional vice president for Southwest Florida.

In that role she will oversee nearly 20 offices from Bradenton to Naples.

Most recently, Putnam was branch manager of Coldwell Banker's Sarasota central office. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Putnam was a broker associate with rival brokerage firm Michael Saunders & Co.

Before beginning her residential real estate brokerage career, Putnam was a high school assistant principal and principal with the Sarasota County School District. Putnam also worked in administration with both charter and public schools in Fort Myers and Michigan.

“I'm truly excited and looking forward to my new role as the regional sales vice president and to working closely with such an incredibly dynamic and talented group of sales associates,” Putnam says in a statement.

Putnam graduated from Michigan State University, where she earned a doctoral degree in K-12 Educational Administration, and degrees in music education. She also has earned a Graduate Realtor Institute designation, along with other professional designations.

In all, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, a subsidiary of NRT LLC, is comprised of 85 offices throughout the state, with more than 5,000 sales associates.
