A 128-acre citrus farm in Collier County was sold for $550,000.

Center State Bank of Florida N.A. sold the farm, according to a statement. Information wasn't disclosed on the buyer in the statement. The farm is located off Oil Well Road, just west of Pringle Lane in Immokalee.

Chuck Smith and Carlos Acosta of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller. “The property is located in an area that is well-known for excellent farm and citrus land,” says Smith, senior director of investments for the LandQwest Commercial Fort Myers office, in the release. “The buyer plans to remove the existing trees and replant the property in citrus.”
