Company plots growth in Florida

Element Funding has opened its first Sarasota branch office, the company announced this week.

The division of Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. will operate from Courthouse Centre, 1990 Main St., Suite 750.

Gary Tuorto, Brody Wiseman and Christopher Schultz are staffing the new office as area sales manager, sales manager and senior loan officer, respectively.

“Our goal at Element Funding is to stay true to the culture of each community as we continue to expand in the state, and to help families achieve their goal of homeownership through a positive and personal experience,” says Larry Sutton, division president of Element Funding.

Before joining Element Funding, Wiseman was a loan officer with Regions Bank. Schultz has more than 16 years of experience in the wholesale and retail mortgage industries, Element Funding says.

The company provides mortgage loans to consumers through conventional and jumbo financial vehicles, as well as through Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration, and other government-sponsored debt. Element Funding also works with lenders to provide older residents with reverse mortgages.

Atlanta-based Primary Residential operates throughout the Southeast U.S.
