CLEARWATER — Heritage Insurance Holdings has made multiple changes to its management team.

The property and casualty insurance holding company announced that Stephen Rohde, its current CFO, will retire effective June 1. Heritage has already appointed Steven Martindale as Rohde's replacement, a statement says.

Prior to joining Heritage, Martindale served as CFO of People's Trust Insurance Co., a privately held insurer licensed in Florida. He's held other executive positions in the insurance industry and has also worked in accounting and auditing, the statement says.

Heritage Insurance has also promoted two other members of the finance department, according to the statement. Sharon Binnun, currently the executive vice president of finance, has been appointed to chief accounting Officer. Paul Neilson, vice president of claims, has been named the company's chief claims officer.

Clearwater-based Heritage Insurance Holdings is the parent company of Heritage Property & Casualty Insurance Co. and Zephyr Insurance Co. Those subsidiaries write more than $660 million in combined premiums.
