A Naples property that is part of the tony Moorings Park at Grey Oaks has traded for $38.4 million, which is considered to be the largest real estate transaction in Collier County so far this year.

The Moorings Inc. acquired the property, part of a senior housing community that includes a wellness center, assisted-living and memory care at Airport Road and Golden Gate Parkway, from HCC MP LLC, according to county property records.

HCC MP is a partnership controlled by Coral Gables-based Codina Partners, according to state records.

Officials from neither Moorings Park nor Codina returned several telephone calls for comment.
