TAMPA — Independent financial advising firm All Seasons Wealth Strategies is expanding into St. Petersburg.
The Tampa-based company, which is associated with Raymond James Financial Services Inc., acquired the practice of Jim Currey and Tom Krejci, a statement says. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The two advisers combine for more than 85 years of experience. Currey, a former private banker, joined Raymond James in 1996, the statement says. Krejci has worked at the firm for more than 40 years and is currently focused on private wealth management.
The expansion into St. Petersburg gives All Seasons Wealth Strategies a presence in a third major Florida city. The independent branch, which has $225 million in assets under management, currently has offices in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale.
