TAMPA — Walter “Chet” Little, formerly a partner and land bank attorney with Foley & Lardner, has joined the Tampa firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP as a partner.

Little will practice on Bradley's real estate and banking teams, a statement says. He focuses his practice on representing residential and commercial developers, financial institutions, funds and other real estate related owners and investors.

Little has past experience with real and personal property interests, land bank transactions and multi-state financings, the statement says. He also represents special asset and REO groups for mortgage- and equity-backed settlements.

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP has offices in five states and the District of Columbia. The firm has 500 lawyers.
