Prominent broker named to tech firm board

TAMPA — Prominent commercial real estate broker Lee Arnold was named to the board of directors at Tampa-based SiteZeus, according to a release.

Tampa-based SiteZeus is a web-based platform that helps restaurants and stores find locations. Since launching in May, the company has worked with nearly 30 brands, include Sonny's BBQ and Blaze Pizza.

Arnold founded Arnold Associates in 1974. The firm eventually became ColliersArnold, but he sold his stake back to Colliers International. He joins Bloomin Brands co-founder Chris Sullivan and Steve Roberts of Restaurant Magic on SiteZeus's board, the release states.
