BRADENTON — SpecPage Inc., a Switzerland-based technology company, relocated its North American branch office to Bradenton from Warwick, R.I.

Paul Meunier, SpecPage's vice president for North America, says in a statement that the location was a good fit. “We wanted to locate in a growing, yet affordable area with ample candidates for future hiring,” Meunier says. “The Bradenton area's proximity to Sarasota-Bradenton, Tampa and Orlando airports also provides a convenient base for international travel.”

The Bradenton office, at 3645 Cortez Road, Suite 100, is 1,100 square feet. The Bradenton Area Economic Development Corp. assisted SpecPage with site selection and applying for performance-based incentives for the move, the release states.

SpecPage, which develops software for the food manufacturing industry, expects to add 15 jobs over the next five years as part of the move. SpecPage clients include Kellogg's, Mondelēz, Nestle Wagner and Campbell Soup Co. In addition to its headquarters in Switzerland, SpecPage has branch offices in Chicago, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Slovakia.
