Black deal largest in firm's history

Ian Black Real Estate set a new firm record late last month when partner Jag Grewal sold a 31-acre tract in Charlotte County to the Gasparilla Island Conservation and Improvement Association.

The $20.6 million deal, one of the county's largest in the past decade, represented the largest single asset trade in the Sarasota commercial brokerage firm's 13-year history.
