Ohio firm moves headquarters to Tampa

TAMPA — Cohesion, an IT consulting and staffing firm with more than 200 employees, has moved its corporate headquarters from Cincinnati to Tampa.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott is scheduled to announce the move, and some new jobs, at a press conference later today at the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corp. offices.

Cohesion, according to its website, has seven offices nationwide. In addition to Tampa and Cincinnati, the list of locations includes Atlanta, Boston, Basking Ridge, N.J., Columbia, Md. and Columbus, Ohio. The company works with multiple Fortune 1000 firms, and past clients include Fifth Third Bank, Kroger, Verizon, CNN and P&G.

The company was founded in 1999.
