Tampa attorney promoted to shareholder

TAMPA — John Heilman, a Tampa-based attorney with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been promoted to shareholder, according to a release.

Heilman represents clients in retail liability, premises liability, product liability and automobile and trucking negligence, the statement says. He also works as a member of the firms SIU Practice Group, where he handles fraud litigation and medical provider investigations.

Prior to practicing law, Heilman worked at Tech Data Corp., a Fortune 100 company that has contracts with the likes of Microsoft, Dell and HP, the statement says.

Founded in 1962, Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is headquartered in Philadelphia. The firm has 500 attorneys in 20 offices throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, New York and Florida.
