Realtor group selects new leader

SARASOTA — The Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee named longtime area sales broker and Realtor Xena Vallone president for the 2017 term.

Vallone, with Xena Vallone Realty, intends to focus on membership value, engagement, community outreach, advocacy and professional development, according to a press release. ”I am looking forward to 2017 with a great leadership team in place, our board of directors, our committee chairs and wonderful staff,” Vallone says in the release “This year, I hope to instill the value of the association, how it benefits them, their customers and furthers their career.”

Other officers for 2017 include:
• President-Elect Greg Owens with Keller Williams on the Water;
• Treasurer Amy Worth with RE/MAX Platinum Realty;
• Secretary Kristin Triolo with Sarasota Homes International; and
• Immediate Past President Linda Formella with Michael Saunders & Co.
