Rays sign new player: a Realtor

Tampa-based Coldwell Banker Realtor Jennifer Zales is primed to potentially land a new niche batch of clients: Major League baseball players.

Zales can do that through a deal she signed with the Tampa Bay Rays that makes her the official real estate agent of the team. The deal includes the opportunity to showcase her luxury listings directly to the team's front office and players, according to a release. She also gets a marketing presence in the stadium and premium seating areas. Terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Zales is ranked in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, according to her website.
