Management company brings in VP

BRADENTON — Icon Management Inc., a management firm that specializes in golf courses and restaurants, has hired Tosh Tricas as vice president of community management.

Tricas will lead the community management division at Icon Management and will be in charge of community managers in the western and central Florida regions, a statement says.

Tricas has more than 25 years of experience in the industry, the statement says. For nearly 12 years, he has worked with the Community Associations Institute, where he has gained three managerial designations.

“Tosh brings knowledge gained from over two and one half decades of property management and is perfectly suited to take on the challenge of developing the community management division's roles and responsibilities,” says Icon Principal Dennis Colletti in the statement.
