Cushman hits pinnacle of awards

Cushman & Wakefield took home 18 awards in 23 categories at last week's 2015 Pinnacle Awards show, an annual competition sponsored by the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors that recognizes the top brokers and deals in the Tampa Bay area.

Cushman & Wakefield's Julia Rettig; Jason Donald; Patrick Berman; Mike Davis; Andy May; Nina Sullivan; and Barry E. Oaks all were recognized as top brokers in their respective categories.

May, Sullivan and Oaks also won “Overall Deal of the Year” for their work on Syniverse Technologies' Tampa headquarters; Donald was awarded “Deal of the Year” for investment sales and general brokerage; and Davis won for “Most Transactions” and “Overall Top Producer.”
