Sarasota Realtor named to national 30 Under 30 list

SARASOTA — Kelly Baldwin, a Realtor with Michael Saunders & Co., has been named a national 30 Under 30 finalist by Realtor Mag.

Baldwin, 29, had an individual sales volume of $7.7 million in 2015, according to the Realtor Mag list. She is one of two Florida Realtors recognized on the list, joining Alexander Parker of Tallahassee-based Lord & Stanley Realty Inc.

This year's list started with nearly 400 applicants, Realtor Mag says. From March 18 to 25, more than 42,000 votes were cast online to determine the final rankings.
