Yacht retailer opens new location

CLEARWATER — MarineMax, the largest boat and yacht retailer in the United States, is getting even larger.

The Clearwater-based retailer is opening a new location at PGA Marina Center in Palm Beach Gardens, a statement says. The store will be on the Intracoastal Waterway.

“We are excited about the opportunity to better serve our customers in the West Palm Beach and surrounding area,” says MarineMax Southeast Florida Regional President Paul Cummings in the statement. “This new marina location will give us an opportunity to provide the same outstanding sales and service our customers have come to expect.”

MarineMax (symbol: HZO; recent price: $19.47) has 52 retail locations in 15 states.
