PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A company led by Michael Scancarella of Naples purchased a 14,000-square-foot commercial building for $1.5 million.

The price equated to $107 per square foot.

The building is leased to West Florida Distributors. It features 9,110 square feet of office and showroom space and 2,890 square feet of warehouse/manufacturing space. The property also includes a 2,000-
square-foot steel canopy structure for outdoor work.

The tenant, which has been there for more than a decade, signed a new five year lease in January.
