Tampa football star seizes big business opportunity

TAMPA — Tampa Bay Buccaneer star wide receiver Vincent Jackson's CTV Capital LLC expects to start construction next week on a new headquarters office building.

The company is scheduled to break ground Sept. 29th on the two-story building at 4029 Henderson Blvd., Tampa.

CTV Capital and its affiliates buy land, finance real estate deals, manage investor capital and build and develop projects. The firm currently owns more than 47 local properties valued at $10.1 million and is credited with handling more than $20 million in real estate transactions, including ground-up construction, rehabs, real estate syndications, sales and private placements, according to a statement. It has offices in Tampa, Reno, Nev., Carlsbad, Calif.; and Cape Coral.

Jackson is the company's CEO. He is partners in the business with two San Diego executives: Clarence Butt, the company's chief financial officer; and Tom Phanco, chief operating officer.

“Tampa is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're thrilled to part of this landscape,” Jackson says in a press release.
