TAMPA — LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville-based contractor, will soon break ground on Integra Junction, a $28 million apartment complex in Pasco County.

The apartment complex, roughly 30 miles outside Tampa, on State Road 54 and Black Lake Road in Odessa, will feature 322 garden style apartments in 11 four-story buildings, according to a release. One, two and three bedroom apartments will be available, ranging from 764 to 1,385 square feet.

Development work will be done by Lake Mary-based Integra Land Development. Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland will handle the architecture. Completion is scheduled for March 2017, the release states.
