PLANS, DESCRIPTION: RMC Property Group purchased the 22,500-square-foot Terrace Professional Center for $3.03 million.

The price equated to $134 per square foot.

The complex is near the University of South Florida and several hospitals. RMC officials say they might redevelop parts of the property.
