Bisk Education doubles space with Hav-A-Tampa property purchase

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Bisk Education Inc. purchased the 123,044-square-foot former Hav-A-Tampa cigar production building for $4.2 million.

The price equated to $34 per square foot.

The online education company purchased the building and 14.84-acre property to expand its corporate headquarters campus. Combined with its two existing properties in Sabal Park, Bisk Education now owns 265,000 square feet of office space on 27 acres.

“We have been looking for property like this for almost two years,” says Victoria Raymer, senior marketing manager for Bisk Education. “When we identified the property next door it made a lot more sense than any of the other properties.”
