PRICE: $1.5 million

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Fortino Construction & Development LLC purchased a 1.62-acre parcel for $1.5 million.

The price equated to $925,926 per acre.

The triangular shaped piece of land lies between Davis Boulevard and U.S. 41 just east of where the two roads intersect. It previously housed a Burger King, the Bermuda Triangle restaurant and the Dry Dock Raw Bar & Grill. The site was cleared in 2011.

With offices in Naples and Hackensack, N.J., Fortino Construction & Development has 25 years of experience.

Firm owner Anthony Fortino declined to comment on the purchase.

The purchase entity, DavTami Enterprises LLC, mortgaged the property to Pine Tarr LLC for $1.2 million.
