Neal Communities, one of the most prolific homebuilders on the Gulf Coast, has taken the next step in its move to grow north of Manatee County: its first model in Hillsborough County.
The model is at The Reserve at South Fork, a gated community in Riverview. The 2,232-square-foot model has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage. Other homes in the community range from 1,870 square feet to 2,980 square feet. Prices start at $235,000.

Neal had a strong 2014, when it sold a company-record 864 homes in nine communities between Manatee and Collier counties. That's good for $276 million in revenue. The company is also in the early phases of an aggressive five-year growth plan, which includes entrance into four new communities in Hillsborough. Neal also plans to enter three new communities in Lee County later this year.
