Homebuilder delves into luxury market

MANATEE COUNTY — Longtime area homebuilder Carlos Beruff, founder of Medallion Home, has launched a luxury home division.

The new unit is named Medallion Signature Home, according to a release.

“We create one-of-a-kind custom homes utilizing the unique nature of each property and our vast experience to build the lifestyle that our clients envision,” Beruff says in the statement. “Buyers appreciate our focus on all the details. From our experience, they are absolutely ecstatic about all the 'wow' factors they can have in the comfort of a dream home of their own design and wishes.”

Medallion Signature Home will be available in communities the firm already builds in or on a buyer's lot. Manatee County-based Medallion Home has more than 30 years homebuilding experience, mostly in communities in Manatee County and Central Florida. The firm had more than $100 million in sales in 2013.
