HUDSON — Skeleton Key Marina, on 1.25 acres of waterfront land at 6300 Clark St. in Hudson, will change hands for the first time in 21 years.

No purchase price was announced for the property, which has been called Pasco County's first full-service marina.

The new owners, who run an office furniture company in Maryland, were revealed in renovation documents filed with Pasco County officials. Gregory Sheridan and Minh Dang, the principals of Skeleton Key Management LLC, say they want to add more boat storage racks, as well as a third tier to the existing racks. They also plan to renovate an existing retail store on the property and a second-floor apartment designed for the owners to use.

Sheridan and Dang run Metro Office Solutions in Belcamp, Md., with Dang president and CEO. The company sells more than 22,000 office items each year, it says, with 41 distribution centers nationwide.

The marina's current owners, Skeleton Key Marina & Yacht Sales, is managed by Walter Goetz and Hildegard Kuzyl-Reuber, according to state corporation records. They purchased the marina property in August 1994 for just less than $605,000, back when Pasco had 59% of the population it has today.

The marina was built in 1968 and offers both wet and dry rack storage, a fuel dock, boat rental and repair and a ship's store, according to a sale listing.
