PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
The School District of Collier County purchased 15 acres along the northwest side of the future extension of Logan Boulevard North for $2.05 million.

The price equated to $136,667 per acre.

The property, which is proposed as a future elementary school site, is part of the future development site of the Parklands, a planned single-family residential community.

Construction of the school is currently not included in the school district's five-year capital plan. However, the school district revises its five-year plan annually.
