NAPLES — The Collier County Bar Association named Roetzel Partner Marc Huling as president-elect of the lawyer organization.

In addition, Huling also was named president of the Collier County Bar Foundation. Through its charitable foundation, the association provides opportunities for its members to participate in charitable activities locally.

Huling practices business litigation, representing clients in a variety of matters involving business tort and contract litigation. He represents builders and developers, financial institutions, municipalities, employers, corporations, and individuals in business contract and injury disputes.

“We have a great bar and I am glad to be of service,” said Huling, in a statement. “I look forward to working with the members and officers to continue our service to lawyers and charity.”

In addition to his involvement with the association, Huling serves as president of the Collier Country Trial Lawyers Section and as a board member and past chair of the Collier County Law Library Trustees. A graduate of Emory University and the Florida State University College of Law, Huling is a member of the Collier Building Industry Association and the Gulf Coast Runners.
