Naples is a must-stop area on the speaker circuit at this time of year, and one of the hottest tickets in town is sure to be this one.

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, one of the most outspoken members of the nation's highest court, will answer questions from the audience at a dinner at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Resort Jan. 27.

At the $150-a-plate dinner, the Tau Epsilon Rho Law Society will present Scalia with the Benjamin Nathan Cardozo Memorial Award in conjunction with the Jewish Federation of Collier County Cardozo Society.

Tau Epsilon Rho is the only national Jewish law society in the U.S. The Cardozo Society is named for Benjamin Nathan Cardozo, who was a distinguished lawyer and U.S. Supreme Court Justice. Appointed to the Supreme Court by President Herbert Hoover in 1932, he earned a reputation as one of the best legal minds in American history.

In addition to taking questions from the audience, Second District Court of Appeals Judge Morris Silberman will interview Scalia during the dinner.
