PRICE: $6.5 million
PREVIOUS PRICE: $5.11 million, January 2014

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Retail developer Gryboski Howe & Gravley purchased 13 properties at the southeast corner of Lockwood Ridge Road and State Road 70 for $6.5 million.

The price equated to $271,671 per acre.

The land contains a total of 23.93 acres and includes a closed Winn-Dixie grocery store.

The buyers plan to develop the 2 acres at the corner into a Wawa convenience store. Gryboski Howe & Gravley plans to eventually develop the remainder of the land over time.

Joe Hembree and Ken Hoskinson Jr. of Hembree & Associates Inc. represented the buyer and Brian Lightle of Lightle Beckner Robison Inc. represented the seller.
