Two Tampa CPA firms merging

TAMPA — Hallmark CPA Group LLC has merged with fellow Tampa CPA firm Bishoff + Associates PLLC. The combined firm will continue to be known as Bishoff + Associates.

Hallmark CPA Group says that its affiliation with a larger organization will allow it to provide a wider array of services and more easily find and retain quality employees.

“Bishoff + Associates PLLC exceeded our hopes for a firm we can combine with and continue the tradition we have for excellent service, deep expertise and an environment our clients and associates want to be a part of,” Andrew Hall, founder of Hallmark CPA Group, says in a press release.

Bishoff + Associates' offices at 3834 W. Humphrey St., Tampa will house both companies.
