NAPLES — Stevens Construction has completed a significant renovation of DeVoe Cadillac in Naples, which included building a 38,000-square-foot two-story showroom and sales center.

Fort Myers-based Stevens Construction demolished the original showroom built in 1968 at 4100 Tamiami Trail in Naples to make room for the new showroom. In addition, the firm added service bays, bringing the dealership's total to 33 bays.

The new building includes the Cadillac sales department, service reception and the parts warehouse. Christopher J. Lee Architects provided the architectural services. The cost of the project was not disclosed.

“The entire time, almost 16 months which includes 10 months of intensive construction, Stevens Construction's owner, Mark Stevens, site super JJ Slaugh, and project manager Dan Adams have kept us informed, on time, on budget, and most of all, kept us in business,” says Don DeVoe, co-owner of DeVoe Automotive Family, in a statement.
