NAPLES — A team of developers is planning to build five luxury condominium towers overlooking Wiggins Pass in Naples.

Soave Real Estate and NxTOne Advisors plan to build a total of 582 condos in five towers on 480 acres called Kalea Bay. Prices for the condos will start at $1.2 million and the developers have opened a sales center off Vanderbilt Drive north of Wiggins Pass Road.

The condos will measure over 3,200 square feet and will include luxury amenities such as a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse and children's pool area. The development's address is 13910 Old Coast Road in Naples, off Vanderbilt Drive and north of Wiggins Pass Road.

Anthony Soave, owner and chairman of Soave Enterprises, and Richard Corace, CEO and president of NxTOne Advisors, formed the development team for Kalea Bay. Their first project together began more than 15 years ago with the development of Regatta, a waterfront condo project with 55 boat slips located in the Vanderbilt Beach area near the Ritz-Carlton Naples. They also developed The Dunes and completed Moraya Bay in Naples.
