Insurance exec makes national leaders list

TAMPA — Artemis Emslie, president of Tampa-based pharmacy and medical benefit management company myMatrixx, has been recognized on Business Insurance's 2015 “Women to Watch” list.

The list features 25 women “who are doing outstanding work in commercial insurance, reinsurance, risk management, employee benefits and related fields,” according to a statement. The selection criteria include professional achievements, influence on the market and contributions to the advancement of women in business, the statement says.

Emslie has been with myMatrixx since 2012. She also founded Women Executives in Workers' Compensation, a forum for female executives to share ideas and mentor future industry leaders.
