FORT MYERS — Princess Cruise Lines says it will expand its offering of Norman Love chocolates and pastries for passengers starting early next year.

The new offerings include items such as chocolate muffins for breakfast, chocolate tarts in the ship's cafe, chocolate souffle in the dining room and chocolate cookies in the evening. Founded by former Ritz-Carlton Chef Norman Love, the confectioner is based in Fort Myers.

“We're delighted to continue our partnership with one of the most decorated chocolatiers in the world,” says Jan Swartz, president of Princess Cruises, in a statement. “It's been an exciting journey working with Chef Love to create and share a variety of unique and delicious experiences that continue to surprise and delight our chocolate-loving guests.”

Princess Cruise Lines began serving Norman Love chocolates to passengers in 2014. In addition, Love trained the onboard chefs to create desserts for diners.

“Without a doubt, chocolate is everyone's guilty pleasure,” says Love, in a statement. “These new chocolate creations give guests even more opportunities to indulge in something that makes them instantly happy, while creating lifelong memories aboard Princess Cruises.”
