The price equated to $46,250 per unit.

It features 24 one-bedroom/one-bath units with 700 square feet of living space, 56 two-bedroom/one-and-one-half-bath units with 1,100 square feet and 20 three-bedroom/two-bath units with 1,300 square feet.
