Environmental Pest Services bought Orlando-based 4 All Seasons Pest Control Inc., in a continuation of its growth-by-acquisition strategy.

The acquisition was completed through Arrow Environmental Services, the main subsidiary under Sarasota-based EPS. The deal, according to a release, will expand Arrow's presence in the Orlando market and adds over $1.6 million to EPS' annual revenues. EPS had $35.1 million in revenues in 2014, and is one of the 25 largest pest control companies in the country.

“Partnering with Arrow Environmental Services was the best decision for my employees and for our customers,” 4 All Seasons Pest Control President Tom Iversen says in the statement. “I'm looking forward to collaborating with the Arrow team to expand and enhance our service offerings.”

Iversen and his employees will stay with the company as it transitions to the Arrow brand, and continue to serve customers from its Orlando and Altamonte Springs branches. Arrow first expanded into Orlando when it bought PurControl in December.

EPS completed 21 mergers and acquisitions with companies throughout Florida and Georgia in 2014. It now has strong presences in the Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota/Bradenton, Fort Myers and Naples markets.
