Pamela Van Vleck
Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property of Southwest Florida
Pamela Van Vleck has been named chief operating officer and director of property management for Cushman & Wakefield| Commercial Property of Southwest Florida. In her new position, Van Vleck will serve as the primary point person with owners and landlords, and will focus on business development in Southwest Florida. As chief operating officer, she will oversee the operations of both the brokerage and property management divisions.

Van Vleck has served as a commercial property manager and broker for more than 40 years covering markets such as Jackson Hole, Wyo.; Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz.; Las Vegas; and for the last 24 years the Naples-Fort Myers market.

Diane Kerper
Neal Communities
Diane Kerper has joined Neal Communities as director of sales and marketing for its south region. Kerper previously held leadership positions with Toll Brothers, Avatar, WCI Communities and Frey and Son Homes. As both a Florida-certified general contractor and real estate broker, Kerper oversaw acquisitions, purchasing, design, sales and construction in both homebuilding and asset management roles.

James Moler
JLL
James Moler has joined JLL as senior vice president in the firm's Tampa office. Before joining JLL, Moler served as senior director of brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield in its Tampa office. Prior to that, he worked for Grubb & Ellis as a senior vice president in the office group.
In this new role, Moler will work to continue to grow the firm's office leasing practice.
