BUYER: 2625 Davis LLC (manager: Peter Takos), Naples
SELLER: Darlene Lofgren, individually and as trustee of the Darlene Stoneburner Lofgren Revocable Trust
PROPERTY: 2625 Davis Blvd., Naples
PRICE: $1.95 million
PREVIOUS PRICE: $250,000, December 1989
ATTORNEY ON DEED: Edward Bryant Jr. Esq., Naples

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
A Naples investor group led by Peter Takos purchased a 2.88-acre former Hyundai auto dealership parcel for $1.95 million.

The price equated to about $108 per square foot. That figure is less than the two-year average price per square foot for retail space ($144) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.

The site includes a building that's about 18,000 square feet.

Brandon Stoneburner and Randal Mercer of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Gary Hains of Gulf Breeze Realty represented the buyer.

“They are opportunity buyers,” Haines says. “They think it's a good deal. They'll put somebody in it.”

The investor group primarily targets retail and industrial properties. Earlier this year, it purchased the 19,000-square-foot former HRS building at 222 Industrial Blvd., Naples and an adjacent 1.24-acre parcel for $1.36 million.
