BRADENTON — Keller Williams On the Water, a Manatee County Keller Williams brokerage franchise, is relocating to expanded offices in downtown Bradenton. The company is moving to the First Bank Building, 1301 Sixth Ave W., Bradenton, becoming one of the first international real estate franchise companies to enter the downtown core.

The 85-person brokerage is moving from 2,900 square feet at 5239 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton to 7,000 square feet in the downtown building. The Manatee County franchise also has a second location on Anna Maria Island.

Joanne Owens, the franchise's operating principal, also operates a 60-agent Keller Williams franchise in downtown Sarasota.

“Our move into Downtown Bradenton demonstrates our commitment to our community and our belief in the growth that being downtown offers our associates,” Joanne Owens, operating principal of the real estate franchise, says in a press release. “Being downtown in both counties offers our associates and clients a jumping off point to the most talked about beaches, golf courses and waterfront communities in Florida.”
