Advanzeon Solutions appoints new president

TAMPA — Advanzeon Solutions Inc. (symbol: CHCR; recent price: $0.07) has hired Dr. Mark Heidt as its new president. Heidt has also been elected to serve on the company's board of directors.

Heidt started working with the company earlier this year as a sales and marketing consultant.

Dr. Arnold Finestone, a member of the company's board of directors and chairman of its executive search committee, says Heidt was chosen for a number of reasons, including his leadership, background and ability to develop sales systems and teams.

Mark Heidt holds Bachelor of Science degrees in resource business management from Syracuse University, and the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He also received a law degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Created in 1969, Advanzeon provides behavioral health, substance abuse and pharmacy management services, as well as sleep-apnea programs for employers, Taft-Hartley health and welfare funds and managed care companies nationwide.
