Nashville's Bertuca Organization developing former Largo driving range

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
The Bertuca Organization LLC of Nashville purchased the 13.64-acre former All in One Golf Practice and Learning Center for $3.95 million.

The price equated to $289,736 per acre.

The buyer plans to convert the long-closed golf driving range into a development it calls Broadway on 66th. The apartment project will create 258 one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a fitness center with an indoor swimming pool, business center, gathering room and meeting rooms.

Construction is scheduled to begin in February with initial occupancy expected in the first quarter of 2016.

Sherri Strazz of Klein & Heuchan Inc. represented the seller.

The purchase entity, Broad Street Holdings LLC, mortgaged the property to Wells Fargo Bank National Association for $3.3 million.
