Naples investor Capricornio buys four apartment buildings

PRICE: $1.63 million

PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
A purchase company led by Monica Coariti De Salazar of Naples purchased four multifamily buildings for $1.63 million.

The price equated to $101,781 per unit. That figure is higher than the average price per unit for multifamily space ($70,191) in Southwest Florida, according to the CoStar Group.

All of the buildings are fourplexes.

Frank Duggan of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate - Naples 5th Avenue represented the seller.

“They were all well kept and maintained,” he says. “Rentals are at a premium right now and occupancies are the highest [level] in years.”

He says all 16 of the units are occupied.
